Ballroom Dance Kids Classes are a great way to introduce your children to the world of dance while cultivating life-long skills in coordination, concentration, memory, and social interaction.

Meet The Instructor
Khim
Khim Montales is a renowned Filipino dance teacher known for his significant contributions to the dance world. He founded & directed Studio K Dance Academy from September 2018 to February 2024, nurturing countless dancers. As a celebrity dance coach, he featured on several popular TV shows in the Philippines.
He is also an accomplished Dancesport Champion, having won titles in South Korea, Hong Kong, Europe, & the Philippines. Additionally, he has led hip-hop crews & Dancesport teams, sharing his expertise & passion with his students.
Khim remains a celebrated figure in the dance community for his dedication & talent.
Registering for the Kids Program
The Kid's Program is set up in semesters of 15 weeks. In those weeks, your child will learn with other kids in a structured course created to introduce a new set of skills which will be practiced, tested, and performed by the end of the program!
Fall Semester: September to December (Register in August)
Spring Semester: February to May (Register in January)
Enrollment Fee is $350 which is all inclusive
15 Classes
Registered students will be enrolled in weekly 45-minute group classes with other kids that will focus on a selection of ballroom/latin dance styles
Pair of Shoes
Registered students will be ordered a pair of VeryFine ballroom dance shoes to use during the program after their foot size is submitted.
Medal Test
3 months in, registered students will be tested on 3 of their learned dances at the appropriate level. Learn more about medal tests here.
Spotlight
As a group, the registered students in the program will perform a routine at one of our in-house recitals aka Spotlights. Learn more here.
