Meet The Instructor
Khim
Khim Montales is a renowned Filipino dance teacher known for his significant contributions to the dance world. He founded & directed Studio K Dance Academy from September 2018 to February 2024, nurturing countless dancers. As a celebrity dance coach, he featured on several popular TV shows in the Philippines.
He is also an accomplished Dancesport Champion, having won titles in South Korea, Hong Kong, Europe, & the Philippines. Additionally, he has led hip-hop crews & Dancesport teams, sharing his expertise & passion with his students.
Khim remains a celebrated figure in the dance community for his dedication & talent.
Registering for the 14 Week Course
The course is set up in semesters of 14 weeks. In those weeks, your child will learn with others in a structured program created to introduce a new set of skills which will be practiced and performed by the end of the semester!
Fall Semester: September 7 to December 18 (Register in August)
Spring Semester: February to May (Register in January)
Enrollment Fee is $200

Registered students will be enrolled in weekly 45-minute group classes with other kids in their age group.
3 Styles
The course will focus on 3 different styles of street dance: DANCEHALL, KPOP, & AFROBEAT
Performance
The class will perform a choreographed routine at one of our in-house recitals aka "Spotlight".
